Event Description
The fifth annual porchfest event will be held on Sunday October 19, 2025, 1:00pm – 6:00pm and will feature musical performances on historic porches on Hampton Avenue, Pinckney Street, and Lloyd Street in the Hampton-Pinckney historic district.
This event is planned by residents of the Hampton-Pinckney Historic District and is 100% funded by the generous donations from our sponsors in order to make this a free event and open to the community, their friends and families. Hampton-Pinckney Porchfest is now a special event that is a destination and draw for people all over the country, and is recognized by the City of Greenville as a contribution to what makes Greenville a cool place to live.
Wristband ID Check, Pre-Sale Ticket Pickup and Ticket Purchasing will start at 12:30 the day of the event in front of the Culinary Village at the corner of Hampton Ave. and N. Hudson.
Event Purpose
The purpose of this event is to highlight the array of local musical talent and historic architecture in Greenville while enjoying Greenville’s first National Historic District – Hampton-Pinckney Historical Preservation Area. The Hampton-Pinckney Historic District has a legacy of successful community events which bring people together – in its fifth year, it is building upon our success and experience.
All profits from the event are used to enhance the historical heritage of the Hampton-Pinckney area. Thanks to our generous sponsors, the Hampton-Pinckney Porchfest organizers are pleased to announce the approval by the South Carolina State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) of five historic markers. Please check back for further information regarding events for the anticipated installations and more details.
